They were attentive to details, addressing any queries promptly and ensuring that our requests were met with efficiency. Friendly and helpful staff, we had a massage and a facial while we stayed which were fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing every day. Had some issues with the credit card machine which resulted in 3 charges that I'm still waiting to be resolved by the banks, so I'd recommend settling the bill is cash if possible.

In the meantime, I acknowledge your comment about the duplicate credit card charges that occurred on this occasion. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Naturally, I have called for an investigation and understand that there was a glitch with the payment terminal as it showed "transaction failed" and therefore the receptionist processed the transaction again. Nevertheless, the failed transaction went through causing these duplicate charges. After discussing with our Front Office Manager, he shared with me that he has already contacted our merchant bank to reverse the amount and he will personally follow-up and keep you informed on the progress. May I thank you for your kind understanding and patience and if I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at your convenience.
