I booked through a travel agent in jordan but i asked for a booking in movenpick as it wasnt in their commercial list. The stay was very pleasant, all the staff tram are welcoming and joyful. Thanks for the birthday cake!! The room with the mashrabia is very comfortable and nice i hope the new buildings follow the same traditional style. The bathroom seems to need some renovations, especially the hanging shower head. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!

Christofbert Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

We stayed here for 10 days in July 2024. Our room was lovely and the members of staff are extremely attentive and helpful, without being overbearing. The location is prime, with access to private beaches and some of the most beautiful seascapes in Sharm. The hotel pool is gorgeous and the gardens are kept in an immaculate state. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, with ample building rubble and construction noises about. Dirty dishes are often left about in the corridors, for more that 24 hours. The gymnasium is outdated and the equipment is in poor condition, some of it broken. The gymnasium is not cleaned regularly. The television in our room did not work when we arrived and it took more than 3 asks to have this resolved. The buffets are varied and will accommodate most palates. We attended the on-site Indian restaurant once. This was very tasty, with a pleasant atmosphere, but pricey. Room service is average: item descriptions on the menu often do not match what is delivered. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel will need to step up it’s game to remain competitive.

This could be 5 star but it doesn’t hit the mark. I felt like I was in Ibiza- loud booming music around the pool. Can’t think of anything less relaxing! Wouldn’t go back. Although people very nice. Food was ok could be better. Movenpick ice cream is amazing. Too hot for us and better at night. Night time is really good there. Although the entertainment shows also so loud and ear bursting hard to enjoy. Live music we kept missing as we were eating. Would have liked more service around the beach. Not any menu’s. No posh cocktails which is want you think of on holiday!
