Everything was perfect. Starting for pick up from the airport to drop off. We had some issues about the food variety and I only made a comment to one of the service staff in the restaurant, few minutes later Chief Mohamed Salah was in front of our table providing his services to resolve the issue. Chief Salah made our vacation more enjoyable with the food and services he has provided in the sea Gull restaurant. Check out was also smooth and ride to the airport. Would like to thank everyone in the hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Unbeatable diving and relaxation

My son (23) and I have just returned from an absolutely amazing week of diving and relaxation at the Movenpick El Quseir. We would definitely return. The setting next to the beautiful blue waters of the Red Sea was stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and service was very professional (not overbearing). We really enjoyed the adults only pool and were looked after extremely well with personal service from Shazly the pool attendant, and by Mohamed who was running the bar. We originally booked a Superior Twin Sea View room, but found that it was in need of refurbishment. On request we were able to upgrade to one of the Premium rooms which has recently been modernised (we found out this is an ongoing programme in the resort). This was a significant improvement, and added greatly to our enjoyment of the holiday. Many thanks to Julia in the guest relations team for handling the change at short notice and zero fuss. We did our Open Water Divers course at the Extra Divers centre in the resort and I could not speak highly enough of the very professional and friendly set up and service we received. Special thanks to Hany our instructor on the course. We felt very safe and comfortable under his care, and he was able to impart a large amount of instruction to us in a very clear and easy to understand way. The underwater world on the house reef is simply amazing. We even took a speedboat trip to dive with turtles and dolphins. It was wonderful!
