Great Location

Service on our unit for the 2 week stay was not great. Sheets changed after first 3 days then not again until I requested. Floors not cleaned or swept maybe bathroom services were done not sure. No cleaning products in unit and only a vacum cleaner for us to clean so not too happy about that. Towels changed when sheets were and we washed them rest of the time. NO extra soap powder left after 3 days so we had to buy some.

Stay was just "okay", not great.

We have stayed at the Sirocco on a few occasions but this time found the allocated unit was not as nice as others in the past. Maybe it is due for renovation? Also the unit above us kept sliding chairs across the floor for at least 10 minutes at a time - why?!! The sound went right through our unit. Was very annoying especially later at night.

The rooms and space was great for what we needed and the rooms were very well provisioned. However there were renovations going on in the floor above - they did seem to be trying to keep the noise down but it did start before 9am as stated in the lift notice. There was also a pretty bad smell from the drains in the bathroom. However staff very friendly and helpful!

We had a great stay. The appartments are in a great location. We wished we were on a higher level as we were on level 2 and we looked straight on to the pool which was quiet noisy.
