House cleaning was not up to standard, Amenities were not replenished I had to call three times for tooth paste! Overall the service has declined greatly.

We booked peppers soul and fully paid for $2859 on 5 July 24 through Expedia Platform. We constantly received reservation confirmation and Welcome notice. Upon our landing at peppers soul front desk, shocked to be informed the reservation was cancelled and we had to pay $3114 to get the room to check in Without knowing what it was, no paperwork provided by peppers soul confirming the cancellation particularly we have never experienced incident like this whatever by dealing with the hotel directly or through Expedia - being their members for years - all the recent trips to Fiji, Hayman Island, Atlantic The Royal Dubai all went very well. Peppers soul demanded extra $255 - in fact $3148.25 was debited and 1.5 hours late to check in apartment 5305 without clean, my bed had no bedding, I slept on the mattress for 2 nights The front desk female staff require more training - she was arrogant and lazy. Instead of hardly blaming your sales marketing partner Expedia or having a bad face on us did not help your business. If I were her, firstly comforting the customer (I am 69 while my grandson only 13 after flight from Sydney to Gold Coast) then seeking solutions by matching the price with a lower floor plus helping out to communicate with your business partners- Expedia. Consulting with many professionals even hotel guests all believing peppers soul can do a much better job, situation like this, charging customers extra was not appropriate

overall experience was great. (unfortunately, the hallways to the rooms were very off putting with a bad odor and our room sounded like a wind tunnel - it whistled unless you had a door open).
