The staff were wonderful, as they usually are. I have stayed at your resort on many occasions and normally very satisfied. The resort looked in need of a refresh, paint not great and a little untidy. However, what surprised me the most was that I had to pay for housekeeping! The cost was unreasonable given the price of the rooms to start with. I have no issue with limited housekeeping or asking guests to not have fresh sheets or towels as frequently, but charging for a general housekeeping spruce seems wrong. Something to reconsider!

The apartment we rented was lovely and well appointed however the terrible service at Peppers let it down. We were without water from early morning until late afternoon with no offer of water or any assistances. I had to leave the resort to get waters for my son who is disabled. I called through the reception and they told me to walk over and get a cup of water from them. Not at all a luxury experience. The pool side service was terrible with staff having no knowledge of cocktails or drinks, serving up a ‘Negroni’ that was lemonade and gin mixed together. The resort feels very under staffed. The only staff member who deserves an honourable mention for her lovely service was the breakfast host. She was fantastic and along with the chef provided a beautiful daily breakfast service. That was the highlight of our stay. But as for being without water for 1/3 of our stay with no mention or benefit to those who were affected I think this is fairly unacceptable.

Nice facility, Seasons Restaurant was excellent for breakfast but NOT opened every night. The Cove Bar had very limited food choices and NO beer on tap.

Nice resort but the apartment needs a good clean.

We were put in a south facing room on the ground floor with an overgrown garden in front of the balcony. This provided no sunshine and limited natural light, which isn't ideal in the middle of winter. This was particularly disappointing when the resort clearly had a lot of vacant rooms. Furthermore, the apartment only felt like it had received a superficial clean. Under the beds and couches was filthy. The fridge had no holders in the door which limited it's usefulness.
