Apartment was nice (friends that stayed at the hotel we were travelling with had an old dated room). Was disappointed by the lack of F&B within Mantra. No bar, buffet or cafe. Only basic pool kiosk and Thai. No face washers in the room is poor. I asked and was told no, so mentioned the next day and was told yes.

Very convenient and good facilities. However beds were very uncomfortable.

While corridor was smelling like dead rat. Broken furnitures. Toilet exhaust fans weren’t working.

This was a good place for us to stay with three generation's. We wanted space and privacy. While the facilities are dated and worn we felt comfortable. There are building works across the road, it’s a big tower so the next few years will be noisy on the lower levels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was extremely dissatisfied and surprised that this was this was a mantra venue as I have stayed at other location's in the past Extremely dated in general The games room was dirty, infested with ants, carpet old and stained and half the games kept my money. When I spoke to the front desk, Mary was rude and said that she would let the company that runs it know. The room was dated, tiles mouldy in the shower, heating did not work My deposit is still pending and I was told it would take 7 business days to return to my account
