Enjoyable trip. Took the kids. Accomodation was spacious but dated and lacked a few essentials but nothing significant. Could have had an intermittent clean with change of bedding etc.

Clean apartment, helpful staff (we locked ourself of out of room a couple times 😅) beautiful pool Very accommodating we booked on short notice and staff were helpful with getting us on a low floor as my son is scared of heights

Hotel manager that served us throughout the time was very accommodating but we felt we had to walk at great length to buy lunch and dinner, no map to direct us of where to go. Apart from that it was very nice.

Staff were friendly is the only positive thing we can say. On every other level the room and facilities and the meals were all well below a 3 star standard and the worse of any Mantra property we have stayed at.
