We booked 3 rooms for me and my family rang 2 weeks before arrival requested queen or king bedding as we were 3 couples but it was ignored without any response Arrived but was told nothing recorded and they couldn't offer us anything better bad customer service Rooms were very old style and smells horrible No one cared at all. Stayed before 3 times got better room type but this no good room or service Paid nearly $2600 for 3 rooms rubbish

The front desk was grotty, need spray and wipe, several times a day maybe. Also need 2 chairs in room, not one.

The check-in was the best part of our stay. The room felt dirty and the hotel overall needs significant maintenance. There is a lack of cafes and restaurants down the Gold Coast Highway, a lot of empty shops which is a shame.

My experience over phone with hotel staff was unwelcoming. Very poor customer service etiquette with no sign of empathy towards potential customers.
