Room 290 view tower not fit for guests. Torn and worn carpets, holes and patchy plasterboard, balcony door lock not working, windows jammed and unable to open/close creating draughts and noise, no suitable heating/cooling, mould on ensuite ceiling, bed springs and cushioning completely gone, curtains don’t slide and mismatched, dripping taps, toaster broken, repaint needed.

Great location to have access to the beach and food district. Building decor was very dated and definitely needs a refresh.
