Only complaint I have as an elderly..not very mobile ..person, is the lack of comfortable easy to get out of seating. The bathroom was wonderful..kitchen..fabulous,..bedroom..fantastic.

The hotel has great potential but some aspects really let it down and the wet weather didn’t help - try not to stay here in cold or wet weather!!!! The bike hire service should not be available unless they ensure the bikes and helmets are safe and in good condition and have staff that can assist with bike allocation and adjustments (e.g to seats or tyres). Unfortunately this was sadly lacking. The pools are all freezing, only the small outdoor spa was warm enough.
