The room itself was idea for our stay, as was the location. However I had issues booking in the documents had been lost or misplaced. The hot water system ran out of water so the third person had a cold shower. reception was notified I was told it would be fixed. I got zero feedback and we ran out of hot water again - really unimpressed. Also the wi fi was out - notice displayed but again not fixed.

We did have someone attend to the Hot Water, and when they got to the apartment there was Hot Water. They are only small Hot Water Services, and we do find that if the Dishwasher and Washing Machine has been used along with a shower that it does run out. Our second stay here. Unit was clean and comfortable.. A bit dated but overall good value for money. We stayed over the Gold Coast marathon weekend and it is conveniently located near the light rail line. Close enough to shops and eateries to walk Close to the beach to if that’s your thing. One negative the car park is very tight so you wouldn’t want a large vehicle. Overall would recommend .

Staff pleasant. Hotel overall older but ok. Room pretty run down. Main living ok. Bathrooms atrocious. Dirty vents. Vanity falling apart, ceiling light cover kept falling off. Beds need replacing. So old the underneath of the bed was ripped and hanging. Sagged in middle. Bedside tables chipped falling apart. For approx $350 a night bit rich. Room Needs a lot of maintenance .

Hubby and I braved Surfers with our 3 youngest grandchildren all around 10. Our two bedroom unit was big and more than comfortable with views to the back of the river and views north to the beach. A roll away bed was already in the unit when we arrived and it fitted easily in with the twin beds for the kids. Large lounge and sufficient kitchen area with appliances made for a good few days. There was no need to use the car as the station for the light rail was just around the back of the building. We are sure to stay again.
