Good location. Best to stay in summer. Spas were warmish not hot and main pool cold - one pool slightly heated. Games room was mediocre. Wi-Fi was not good at all. Very expensive with a third party or with the Accor APP which didn't work. So, kids were really frustrated. Gym was good we used that facility. There were not enough blankets as we had an additional child in the lounge which a warm blanket was not provided. The main is separated by slats not a wall and door and the ensuite has a window so the privacy factor is quite low, especially staying with children. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer but again lacked enough washing liquid. As did the showers the shower gel dispensers were empty. Just needed those little touches to make it more enjoyable for your stay. An onsite cafe would have been useful also for wet days and coffees.

Needs better hot water

We've stayed in this complex a number of times via direct bookings or AirBNB and it's always great. Great facilities and location for young kids. This unit we had though had the smallest hot water system and we could barely fill up the bath for my 2 year old before the hot water running out, then taking a couple hours to reheat. I'd suggest having the owners install a better/bigger hot water system.
