Beautiful location, very disappointing

We booked with Accor to use our dining benefits and we’re planning to dine at dinner and breakfast. We were told on arrival that the restaurant was being renovated. We were told they were only doing breakfast. We never got given any information on wifi. Pool very run down. We would have like to be told upon booking that the restaurant wasn’t running.

Wifi is terrible.

Honest to say the Wifi was terrible. Look elsewhere if that’s a must for your stay. If you can get past the wifi issue then the resort is located on the beach, it has a beautiful tropical vibe to it. The two bedroom cabin (No.58) we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The pathways to the cabin from the car park can be steep so be careful if you have any mobility issues, you do need to get that luggage up and down the hills. Staff were friendly and helpful. We can only really fault that wifi which is a given these days so I really hope the resort consider upgrading it soon.

Ok - I guess

It was fine. We stayed for three nights. I was expecting the towels to be changed daily. However each day I had to ask for new towels. The old towels just piled up. The restaurant was closed which was disappointing and then you had to enter via reception to have breakfast. I was also disappointed as there was no gym.

Comfortable room but be aware of accessibility issues

The room was nice and very spacious with bedrooms upstairs - master bedroom for my wife and I and another room with 2 beds for the kids. There were also 3 toilets / 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had recently been upgraded but other parts of the room were in need of a refresh. The breakfast was disappointing. Most of the food trays were empty when we arrived at 8:30. Staff looked stressed as there were only a couple of staff working there. I had to wait 10 minutes to order a couple of coffees because the barista was busy making coffee for others and said I had to wait for another staff member. No restaurant or bar in the hotel but I understand they are going through renovations. Disappointing that there is no accessibility access to the breakfast area. My wife is on crutches and had to hop up the stairs. Same thing in the room which had 2 flights of stairs. Not ideal and is an accident waiting to happen. It's a lovely area by the beach but we would not return until after renovations have been completed.

Wifi is terrible.
