Everything is good for service hospitality and the food, housekeeping shrifa is the best service and helpful, but for games area in the land of legends I’m sad that is not including and we need to pay extra charges that’s not special for us so I would like to be considered this too

Great hotel, had a blast. Seren was incredible, really helpful and informative. Thanks. Hope to see you again in the future. 5 days here and 5 days at the Rixos premium is a nice balance. The only thing missing from the hotel is an a la carte restaurant included in the package. Other than that loved it. Theme park is great. Hotel and staff is superb.

We enjoyed our stay only one thing we hope the hotel will look into is the snacks provided to the kids. I hope they can limit them by one ice cream a day. One soft drink one cup of candy. It’s a friendly environment so the kids go down to play without their parents and they don’t have control on there self they drink 3 hot chocolate without feeling and that will let them fall sick. Please look into that.

We stayed for 12 days, the park is great and the hotel clean & tidy, but the All In concept is rubbish, food was a total nightmare and it was just way too chaotic for us. Positives - 1 . Our hotel room is always kept clean. 2. The staff at guest relations were helpful. 3. Tui rep also very helpful. 4. Orhan at the Legends bar is the most lovely guy, so accomdating and great with our son. This guy made our holiday. 5. We rarely queued for any rides. My son only went on the small rides but we both did rollercoasters and didn't queue on either occasion later on in the day. We also never had an issue finding sun beds. 6. RIXOS! Honestly just wish we stayed there instead, we begged to switch but Tui refused. Although the allocated time slot is short, it really did change our holiday completely, its brilliant. And all the food is labelled, which meant feeding our son there was a breeze. Food and drink quality and options were tons better there too. Negatives - 1. The handling of allergies. I could write an essay about this alone but will save myself further stress and just honeslty say it's the worse we've experienced. Food to be ordered 24hrs in advance for my 3 year old which we just found a real pain. Difficult to predict what he might want to eat, or whether he would have already eaten, or whether he would be asleep. Because there are NO snacks we found ourselves feeding him outside of the hotel as he tends to eat much earlier than 7 then felt bad about the food being ordered etc. It just put a downer on things massively and we just stopped bothering ordering. On the days we had ordered, we had to find a chef in a heaving restaurant, waiting for a further chef or staff member who could speak English to explain our request to them. They would then cook a fresh plate of food but my son rarely ate when they finally bought as it took so long and on a few occasions fell asleep whilst waiting. He had 2 puddings in the entire 12 days even though half the restaurant was actually puddings. He spent one day poorly after what we fully believe was cross contamination with his first "specially cooked breakfast". Myself and my husband rarely ate because we were waiting around faffing sorting our sons food. We also had raw chicken one evening (I have photo evidence). We resorted to eating outside the hotel or at Rixos daily in the end. 2. "All In Concept" is pants. There are 24 food or drink places in the theme park and you only get very limited stuff at just 5 of them, and the park really is huge. There are no snacks between 4.30 and 7pm, Tui assured us snacks were included in our package within this time as our son tends to eat much before 7, but that is incorrect. The price for everything in the park is extortionate, which we expected, but we didn't realise how limited our choices would be so didn't think it would be an issue. A capilo for example is over £4 and a slushy just over £8. That daily soon racks up. Lunch is at Mungos which is the same restaurant team so we personally found food very repetitive at both and just as stressful for my son with the ordering process. 3. The children's entertainment we found not great, a small area, very loud and intimidating. My son wouldn't entertain it. We didn't see the slide in the pictures open at all during our stay. The small area of toys and lego etc was always just a bit of a mess, lego thrown all over the place, toys broken, stuff all over the floor. 4. The ride on toys and games are scattered everywhere so no part of this hotel is quiet. Kids running wild, throwing balls across the room into the machines, balls missing from the machines, buttons missing, some not working at all. They are on morning until late so it's just constant noise, and were nearly hit with hockey putts just trying to walking into breakfast on several occasions. 5. There is literally nothing to do from breakfast until the park opens, except the arcade games. My son played them for the first 2 days but then he was just done with them. Meaning we had a good 2 hour wait before he could do anything, that became so tedious when he just wanted a splash. 6. The shopping area is chaos from about 8-9ish. We tried having a wonder on our first evening and it was hell trying to push a pushchair around. Stunning for a morning walk but a tourist attraction come evening with the same thing happening each evening. 7. The only place for lunch is inside the theme park. So even if you want some time away from the chaos of the park, you can't avoid it if you want to eat as part of your "All In" concept. Other bits of info worth sharing - 1. It takes a good 15-20 mins to get into the park, through security, find towels and get settled whilst pushing a buggy in the heat, And even longer if heading towards the areas such as Masha and the Bear, 20-25 mins from the room. After the first few days this became a real chore. 2. The restaurants, shops and pharmacy on site are extremely expensive. 3. Ask for a room with a view if you want it. We arrived to a room on the 1st floor which had no view, just around 8 members of staff gardening some plants and grass. We did get moved to a much better view so definitely worth requesting beforehand. 4. The grounds around some of the pool areas in the park are quite stoney, worth packing some pool shoes for the little ones. 5. The bus to go to Rixos is manic. Some people have no concept of queueing and it just creates chaos. Get down there early to get on the first bus, but no matter what fully grown adults will still try and push your kids out the way. I think the staff could/should handle that better. 6. We had a drink at lunch at Nemos in the day time, it was really quiet and my son loved seeing the fish and sharks. 7. You can swin with stingrays included free in your package. They don't make it known for some reason but we booked to it it and I'd highly recommend! 8. There's a little air conditioned soft play in the park near masha and the Bear area. My son loved it and it was actually a nice Pitt stop after walking from the room into the park. 9. There's nothing quiet or chilled anywhere in the park or hotel - from the noise just walking to breakfast, to music blearing out all day at the park. The only peaceful place we found was outside Legends bar which was quite boring for my son. To summerise. The place is stunning and the park great. We would recommend anyone to visit for the day, but the hotel itself isn't worth the money you pay. We knew it wouldn't be a "fully relaxing holiday" but honeslty we really regret not booking a different hotel and just visiting for the day or two. The daily battle with food was draining and not what we anticipated, the food isnt 5* worthy in our opinion. Having no snacks at the hotel which all travel agency's show as available and the lack of food and drink options inside the park was really frustrating. Constant chaos and noise. Having to wait until 10am to have anything to do just ruined things by the end. The hotel is really lacking it's own outdoor pool, as well as food /snacks during the day...
