This was our 4th in 5 years(which I think says it all) and 2nd time returning with Friends who came for the 1st time last year! This place just gets better and better. ALL the staff were amazing and we can’t thank you enough for helping celebrate my Wife’s Birthday again. We’ll be back again soon!

We have recently returned from a wonderful 7 night stay here, it’s our second time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a delay on our outbound flight despite our arrival time and being very tired, we were greeted with a warm welcome and speedy check in and promptly shown to our room. The room was just as we remembered, clean, comfortable and spacious. The only minor thing we encountered with our room is that we had a leaky shower however, a quick whatsapp message to the guest relations team and this was resolved right away and was fine for the rest of our stay. We had no problem with housekeeping, we returned to the room each day with fresh towels and restocked mini bar and tidy room. The welcome & anniversary gift was very lovely and the decorative bedding was a lovely touch too. The pools were refreshing and quiet, you were able to get a lounger no matter what time of day. The service around the pool area was faultless, a huge shout out and thankyou in particularly to Musa, his friendly service was brilliant. At the beach, again, you were able to get a lounger but these did fill up quicker than around the pool but, there was always some free. We also had a faultless service here too,  in particularly a shoutout and thanks to Furkan! There are towels provided at both the pool and beach. You can also take floaties/lilo’s. Now for food.. the food was brilliant. We mostly ate at Peoples’ restaurant or Azur over at the Secret Beach. We had no complaints about any of the food here. It was always served hot, tasty and fresh. The drinks were very good throughout the resort too even the free starbucks! In the evening, we’d sit on the terrace at Nox, enjoy a drink and snacks and listen to the entertainment (usually a band) and have a chat between ourselves, with staff and fellow guests. Alternatively, some evenings we went for a walk into Gocek which is just beautiful. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Some evenings we did eat out of the resort to. We took advantage of the complimentary boat trip which takes around 2-3 hours and takes you to some beautiful areas where the boat docks and you can swim in the sea or, stay on the boat if you wish. There is shaded areas and loungers on the boat and towels are provided along with drinks and some snacks. Overall, the service here is faultless and the staff really cannot do enough for you. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here to anyone. The atmosphere is so chilled and relaxing. We will return soon for our 3rd visit. Thanks for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one.

The guest relations team and the hospitality were very great. Maher Habboubi and Ms. llke from the guest relations were very supportive and helpful all the time of stay. Yasin Ozturk and Ramazan from the concierge were very supportive and helpful as well. The front desk team was also very welcoming and helpful. I felt like I am at my home as the atmosphere was very cozi. All the resort staff and wonderful in hospitality and care.

Had a 10 day holiday in July with husband and daughter and her friend in two separate rooms. Bedrooms decorated well, plenty of storage and large bathroom. Grounds kept immaculate and easy to navigate round the resort. The Whatsapp method of texting with any issues worked very well and were dealt with quickly. My daughter is a fussy eater and they provided food for her at the buffet restaurant and People’s restaurant that she could eat so we were very pleased at that.
