We had a wonderful break at Rixos. Can only echo the positive comments from other reviewers. My only reason for 4 stars is that we had booked a Deluxe 2 Bedroom Family Room and were given a Deluxe Junior Suite. At the time the staff member told us that we had been upgraded, which I was dubious about hence me checking since we got home. It transpires that this room is actually cheaper than the one we booked, which is disappointing. I have contacted TUI about this to get a refund. Regardless, it was a Wonderful holiday and the Deluxe Junior Suite was just fine.

Nice hotel but needs bit more to take it to where it thinks it is. Rooms are very nice, staff too very nice (apart from constantly asking for trip/google reviews). Found the alacarte restaurants to be good but the buffet was one of the worst we have experienced for choice. Exact same food at lunch time every day and it was a limited selection compared to other hotels we have visited in Belek and indeed other areas of Turkey. No themed nights either so much of the same in the evenings. Entertainment was very minimal for a hotel of its so called standard. Bit of sunbed grabbing early morning with people putting down towels and turning up hours later. Decent cocktails and drinks, waiters on roller skates around the pools need to be commended though, these guys do a fantastic job and great asset to the hotel.

In 2023, we spent a week at the Rixos Premium Belek as a family of six, Mum, Dad and 4 teenage kids. We loved that holiday so much, this year we went back as a group of nine made up of 3 sets of mum and dad, each with one child, aged 18, 16 and 15, quite a diverse range. The dynamics of this large group were very different to our family holiday, but the experience was the same for all of us, total excellence from the beginning to the end. On arrival we were greeted by the extremely friendly welcome team who made the check in process a pleasure. Seated on sofas, cold champagne and chocolate dipped strawberry’s. No fuss, very professional, very organised. The rooms were spacious,cleaned daily, had a fridge with alvoholics and soft drinks, tea and coffee making facilities and a delightful bathroom with walk in shower. We ate at a different à la cart restaurant every evening, you need to book these via the app on the day of the reservation. You would’ve thought that a party of nine would be difficult to accommodate but we got our chosen restaurant every night, all seated together and every meal was outstanding. We had breakfast in the buffet restaurant at around 9:30 am and the choice of food was absolutely incredible, the waiting staff at the buffet and all restaurants were extremely courteous and nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t have much room for lunch, but we did manage to squeeze something in on three days and for this you have an outside Street food type restaurant as well as the internal Peoples Restaurant that is open 24/7. For me, the icing on the cake was the WhatsApp chat that you join as a group the day you arrive at the hotel. It’s like your very own Butler service but is manned by real people, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, nothing was too much trouble for our team. I cannot thank Mentican, Esra and Irem enough, they made our stay a real dream, they were amazing. We stayed for eight days between 6th and 14th of July, which isn’t quite peak season, but the hotel was relatively busy with a great atmosphere. The number of guests was absolutely no problem at all in any respect, inside or out. There is no need to get up early and reserve sunbeds, there were always plenty available in the pool area, by the beach, in the gardens, or at the more quiet, relaxed spa pool. We think there were roughly 3 sun beds per guest, maybe slightly more. The beach bar is out of this world, a colossal open sided wooden building filled with staff dashing around on rollerskates delivering ice cold drinks (Beers, cocktails, soft drinks, water, anything really) to guests around the pool and beachfront. In the beach you have some top quality water sports, you simply MUST have the drone video and photo pack taken by Burhan Dagci, the Turkish Drone Pilot. He is very kind, very helpful and his work is brilliant! If you are thinking of visiting the Rixos Premium Belek, I would certainly recommend it, 100%. If you’d like to treat yourselves book Cabena No 3 on the VIP pier, it is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you all for such an amazing time. You are brilliant. 😀 X

Great welcoming spirit and services all day long, and support is swift using what’s app group checking every morning and day for any services needed. Good is excellent all day long, Godiva open anytime and for anything. Love all pools spread all around, love the beach and by far the kids zone all day activities. Very impressive and I would rate the place and the services 100 out of 10. Front disk and the support group especially Sardar, Atilla and Zhypar. Thank you all
