You guys have made this holiday fantastic in every way! So much so that we are thinking of returning again next year! Everyone who works here seems like they genuinely care about their job and want us to have a good time! All staff so helpful and kind. We couldn’t believe we were offered a free room upgrade when we arrived tired and exhausted from travelling. Our room is incredible. Meals are amazing in every restaurant! Sports Entertainment Facilities Kids club All first class! We would like to give special thanks and compliments to the following staff; Hibib on reception Elif our chambermaid Merve & Yagmur our lovely personal assistants We love RIXOS ❤️

I visited Antalya with my husband and two kids 11 year old daughter and 9 year old son. We loved the ambience the kids club was amazing and there are unlimited options of entertainment for families. We had booked a family suit so we had 2 personal assistants/ butlers Merve and Yagmur who made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Only feedback is the rooms were not as what we were expecting as we had visited Rixos Abudhabi but the facilities were more then what we anticipated. I will recommend that families should plan a visit to Rixos Tekirova 💖

Disappointing

This is our second year in Rixos tekirova. We had a lovely holiday but not as good as last year. Some things have changed but they are not positive changes. The rule regarding a al carte restaurants is not acceptable that you get access to only 2 in 11 nights. The mandarin and a la turke restaurants are also always full. This is very restricting. The service overall is not as good. Table service is infrequent everywhere especially at the island beach bar and the lotus bar. The bar staff at the island beach bar never smile and are rude. We actually stopped going there because of that incident and it is one of our favourite places to go. There are fewer bar staff by the pool and so they are not as attentive either. We notice a real difference in the service. Your hotel needs more staff and friendlier staff. Our room also smelled poor drainage and bedding was damp due to AC. Also it feels like the entertainment team is non existent. They spoke to my son all the time last year so much so he built a really good relationship with two of them, Serkan and Canan who are no longer here. The entertainment at the Lotus bar is not of the same quality either. Very poor. The what’s app service is good. We needed medication and the service was prompt. Very much appreciated. My son enjoyed the football academy every day. I am sorry to be so negative but there has been a drastic change in the space of a year and we do not plan on returning. Please don’t go by reputation only.

just came back home from holiday in this dreamy hotel. It was my second time in Turkey and for next times I’ll visit only this hotel. Hotel is very beautiful and it’s clean everywhere. I’m picky eater but I absolutely loved food there. Me and my friend had the best time with animation team, especially withDasha ! She was the best, we love her so much and hopefully we will meet again We will definitely come back soon ❤️

We were really impressed with the hotel staff so helpful, especially Merve and Yagmur they have a WhatsApp group so anything we needed to know we just text it was great. The food was exceptional and the rooms so comfortable a lovely hotel. Will definitely be going again.
