This hotel is amazing. Location is really good. It is really good to chill and relax.Food is amazing so are beverages. Sport activities are good. Rooms are amazing and clean. We would recommend here to everyone who likes calm places. We will come here next year again for sure!

The staff are amazing. The best I have ever come across. It’s a family hotel and each member of staff contributes to it’s hospitality I watched Mert rushing around serving in the dinning room with such kindness. Osman from the dining hall has been serving my family here for a few years. I assumed he had forgotten my family since Covid but he immediately rushed to help me again in the dinning hall. The guest relations staff are incredible. Kemal was patiently helping me sort out my phone issues when clearly that’s not part of his job. I came to see him a couple of times for help with my iPhone. Guest relations supervisor Johan is on WhatsApp with my son and I helping us sort out little details that we need help with. Again a great value to Guest relation service. Firuza Is always smiling and eager to help. She speaks English so well. Mustafa from Lobby terrace was amazing as well. Aizhamal is a very polite and friendly waitress in the food court. Again an asset to the hotel.

It is a good hotel and we spent a peaceful time in this hotel, the staff are very respectful and polite, the food has very good quality, the hotel is very spacious,and chill good for couples who needs time to relax .... our room was far from the lobby, and we used the buggyfor transport which sometimes We had a problem for example one night my room card not working and i had to walk around 20 minutes to lobby to fix the card ! Which is not good for 5 star hotlel , the phone in our room was not working and we reported it several times, but they did not fix it because of that our communication with the hotel staff was cut off and we could only communicate through WhatsApp and thwy dont reply after 12 midnight . There was not enough night life and entertainment and live music started at 9 and ended at 11. In total, there were 2 restaurants to serve food that had limited time, there were 3 other restaurants where we had to pay extra, which in my opinion would have been better if at least one of them was free. I would like to thank the good and hardworking staff of the complex, especially the restaurants and executive manager Adam, and the staff of the People 's restaurant, Mohammad. Hope to meet you again Ciao 🫶🏼
