The hotel is rather small for All Inclusive, has a great view and a lovely garden. There is a big pool devided in two and sunloungers are spread around the pool and on the lawn, no problems with pooltowels. Rooms are big and comfy and kept very clean. After numerous trips to Turkey, it's one of the few hotels where they still serve real Turkish food, very tasty ! Bartenders are very friendly, lots of space to have a drink with incredible views. Although the hotel is Adults Only there is a lot of choice for sports, music and animation, but you can find a lot of areas where it is peacefull and quiet if you wish. Two negative points, the choice of imported drinks is very limited and the "grab & go" option for snacks at night is terrible, maybe a small midnight buffet would be better . We love to return !

Excellent food (we’re both picky), great selection and variety. Everything fresh. Great selection of drinks and extremely attentive staff. We upgraded to a suite for a tiny extra and it was totally worth it. The noise of the entertainment isn’t too bad, very different from what other reviewers said

The resort itself was beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location with beautiful gardens that lead onto the beach. The room was large and the beds were huge and extremley comfortable, daily maid service and towels changed daily. Food was really good, waiters were fantastic and attentive, always made sure you had a drink. This resort is a mix of quiet secluded areas with hammocks, sunloungers, egg chairs, relaxing loungue bar and areas where it's extremley lively so it caters for al Everyone at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. The bar staff were amazing and quickly got to know your favourite drinks and would just bring them over to your table. Sometimes surprising you with a special cocktail that they had prepared for you based on what your preference was and your favourite tipple. The entertainment team made this holiday fantastic. They work so hard and I don't know where they get their energy from. They are always smiling, laughing and got to know you very quickly, felt more like friends than reps. The shows were amazing, such high quality dancers and singers which was different every night. After the shows we danced the night away with the encouragement of the entertainment team (my partner, Tim, went from not dancing ever to by midweek been the first one on the dance floor.) Followed by us saying we were having an early night but not actually been able to resist the on site night club. At 47 I never thought that I would end up reliving my youth by going to a foam beach party, a neon party and having a fantastic time with guests from all nationalities and of all ages. Don't miss the rooftop white party (quiter evening.) This resort has the best of everything you can make it as quiet and relaxing as you want or you can make it as much fun as you want. Thanks again to all the team, we will definitely be coming back and bringing our adult children with us.

Hotel is not real Rixos Hotel !!!

The hotel was sold as an ultra all-inclusive package by ETS Tur. When we went to the hotel, it turned out that the hotel provides all-inclusive service. Other Turkish customers who received packages from ets along with us also suffered. Extra fees are required at the hotel. Brand drinks are not included in the package. Alcoholic beverage is suck. The name of the hotel we had previously visited as Rixos has changed to Tui Magic Life Rixos and its management has changed. Food quality has gone down a lot. The name Rixos is used only for marketing purposes. You need to go there knowing this, otherwise it will not meet your expectations. Pool activities are very loud and can be heard everywhere. I won't go again. Performance not giving the price. I will go ones of the real Rixos hotel.

Awful food and loud music

Beautiful location, amazing scenery, nice landscaping and a good room but that’s where it ends. Food is much below par, same options most days, have to really work to get an egg at breakfast sometimes, not a fun way to start the day, no toaster, and no other ‘English’ options for breakfast. Coffee is gross, orange juice is from a box. Lunch is worse than breakfast. Always feel a bit sicky after eating, I think it’s because everything is absolutely doused in a cheap oil. Alcohol isn’t worth drinking, Prosecco isn’t Prosecco and is even disgusting for a sparkly wine. Beer is warm and flat, you can pay for ‘premium’ options. We tried a Becks but just as bad so no point in paying more when you have already paid all inclusive, also that really gripes me. The entertainment team, my god, they are irritating, loud music every day with THE SAME PLAYLIST and activities every day, like Groundhog Day. 2or 3 different songs played from different areas so you can hear bits of all of them mashed together like some awful remix. Music is also all euro trance style, awful pop songs with a bass added. (I caveat here, I enjoy music, I like drum and bass so it’s not like I’m being a prude here!) It was awful. When one girl in particular gets on the microphone and is shouting in what appears to be about 3 different languages, you can hear her from Istanbul. Even the playlist at breakfast is the same daily. Also we were some of the only English, fine by us as we were after peace and quiet, not that we got it.
