I know the Sofitel chain has excellent hotels, and the Retreat MGaliery by Sofitel Palm Dubai exceeded all of my expectations. The reception was so warm thanks for Ons. She assists in resolving even minor issues and creating an atmosphere of warmth. The food is excellent, with a wide selection of dishes, including vegan options. The restaurant staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Lulu and Leena always provide the best table and helpful instructions about the special food. I can not forget to mention Wint, who is always upbeat and knows what beverage I want. My special thanks to Amrad for creating an adventurous experience out of an ordinary dinner. I highly recommend taking a yoga class with Vishnu at the Spa Centre. It was my first time learning breathing techniques, and he was a very supportive instructor. I like the gym; it is not large but well-equipped for a hotel sport space.

Usually, I'm not a person to stay at all-inclusive hotels. So, I was skeptical about this one. But the minute I had entered The Retreat Palm Dubai, all my doubts dissappeared. It really is a place where one feels welcome. Everything from checking-in to room service, from beach to restaurant is just great. I don't have any complaints and I can't imagine this experience to be even better. If I ever visit Dubai again I don't need to choose any other hotel. I already know that The Retreat Palm Dubai is what I need. But it's not just a place - it's people. People who have made this visit so flawless: Ons, who welcomed us at the reception desk, Amgad, who conducted all the diners, Lulu and Leena, who always found the best seats for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Wint, who brought so much joy just asking what drinks we would prefer, Ali Khan, who always knew that I would crave for Pepsi at lunch, Saw, who made our room perfectly clean each day - and all the other staff. Everyone made us feel welcome - not as just guests but as the family.

Brilliant service. The food is a lot better in Turkish Restaruant (Bait Al Nakhla) then the main restaurant. I would fully recommend visiting Bait Al Nakhla instead 👌 the service is outstanding here and you will not be disappointed with your stay. Very good stay and food in the Turkish restaurant

First I wanna thanks Ms. BASMA the front office manager for dealing with the people. really she was amazing. The hotel was comfortable and space was good. I have been in many 5 stars hotel and resorts and this is by far THE BEST. Makes you feel you are in Europe. Big difference than the hotels you find in Dubai, I will definitely stay in this hotel if I come back to Dubai. Also, i have to mention Ms. ONS she is very professional, helpful from the start till end & Always a smiling. Moreover she is loved by the guests there. Thank you all :) Highly recommend!!
