The photographer was Incredibly professional and patient with our five children. Made it fun, easy, stress-free, and captured memories of a lifetime. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Maui!!! If I could give more, stars I would. Aloha!

The resort itself was well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. The employees were attentive and courteous. The only constructive feedback I would give it to offer more complimentary things such as a glass of champagne upon arrival. This will take your resort to the next level. Every other resort in the area offered something complimentary for birthdays/anniversaries but your items had to be bought which it a but much considering the high price for the room and dining. This small change in your culture of care for your customers would make your resort next level.

Everything was elegant, peaceful and fun. Pools were lovely - all 3 of them. Service was impeccable. Food was very pricey but convenient.

First, Marcus and Jesse helped us find the perfect room for our stay. We had a lovely view, especially to watch the fireworks over the fourth. My wife and I were very comfortable in the king size bed. Along with the fold out couch they offered a rollaway so each of our teenage boys could have a bed to themselves. The arrangement was much better than two queen size beds, thanks again to Marcus and Jesse. Everywhere we went staff members greeted us with aloha and a friendly smile. The concierge was extremely helpful on multiple occasions. We ate at The Ko and Pilpini. The food was amazing and wait staff friendly, helpful and attentive. The resort is beautiful! So many places to sit and enjoy the view or rest comfortably in the tropical surroundings. Thanks Fairmont for a brilliant stay!
