in general hotel was good but restaurants food variety and quality not good at all, only beach club restaurant was good and also that one at night variety of drinks was very very limited. staff were very polite and kind . also cleaning of the rooms, somedays ok some others days no.

Had a 8 nights stay at HYDE Bodrum and was totally satisfied and re-energized with some small details which I am sure will definitely be improved next year. What was great: 1. Check in - As an Accor Platinum member I have been offered a nice room upgrade. thanks to Alin from Guest relationship and Ali (If i am not wrong) 2. Food Quality and presentation - Superb. You did not feel like you were in a canteen. The way they presented and the taste of food was awesome. Especially the beach club. Although the selection was not that much as in other UAI hotels, it was more than enough but the main thing was that everything was tasty 3. Drinks - Quality and Selection was superb. Prosecco/Tequila/Whiskey selections were the ones which were not offered in other hotels 4. Sunbed - All sunbeds were ultra comfortable. Especially those around the pool. but even the beach side was superb 5. Wifi - Very good. even at the beach side speed was high. 6. Service - All staff tried their best to satisfy you. 7. Ice cream - very nice and nicely presented. 8. Entertainment/DJ - Superb. especially evening events were the ones which were fully aligned with the Hotel's festive aura. What can be improved: 1. No wet wipes or Disinfectants (especially in food areas) 2. Courtyard - Nice place but because of heat - you can't have a relaxing time there. Pls, work on it to make that area more relaxable 3. Bungalow - Nice food offered there. But very hot. Hotel management needs to work on that. You can organize portable coolants there. 4. Beach - I think it's a bit small. To be honest I did not suffer. I always had enough sunbeds there but felt like it would be congested when the hotel will be 100%5. 5. 4-7pm DJ performance- I think this can be minimized a bit. 3hrs is too much considering that people tend to have a rest and relax. Max 1.5hrs is enough during that period. 6. Pls, remove the border between Vogue. It blocks whole beauty view of Bodrum mountains and sea. Overall the improvement areas did not had negative effect on our stay. Really loved being at HYDe Bodrum.

Overall nice stay, needs more options and accommodations for evenings

The guest room and overall hotel setup is absolutely lovely. The overall service is also great, despite having opened just recently and there still being some missing items. Being adult-only and not allowing children is a huge plus, so would hope that this policy remains in place. The areas of improvement that I would note would be that the evening food options are entirely too limited for a hotel of this size and that the dinner ends too early, so it almost seemed as if guests were forced to pay for in-room service, which takes away from the all-inclusive experience that is expected. Also, when arriving for dinner at La Rebelle - which we had to reserve for night 2 since night 1 was apparently fully booked - we were told again that they had a full night even though most of the tables near us were empty. The food was great so it was a bit surprising that not all of the tables were occupied, perhaps a miscommunication on the front of house side. My only other suggestion would be to have more evening entertainment options. Although there may be municipal reasons for why the music at Hyde Beach has to shut off at 12, there are many other large areas throughout the hotel, separate from Sun & Moon, that could still have their bars and tables open to guests.

Starting from reception to beach services I had many problems. At beach restaurant cocktails arrived in 1 hour after 4 repeating orders. We where taken care at sun beds almost only every 1-2 hours it was very hard to order and get services. For beach bed reservations I was forwarded to 5 different employees finally to reseption and the employee at the reseption told me that she have never been in Beach of this hotel so she cannot help me. You have a very nice facility and the food but Service vas very unsatisfactory Thankyou
