My young family stayed here for 2 weeks, was great!! We have a 2yr and 4yr old - we felt safe and extremely well taken care of. The staff are amazing and catered to our every need. The premises are tidy and clean and well maintained. We used the Spa treatments a few times and my wife and I are very pleased with our treatments. The food was second to none - the first 3 nights we had dinner in the village, the food and service was to good in the Novotel so we decided to only eat there - the Chief (Pradeep) and his team are very talented, especially in local cuisine. We highly recommend the Novotel Spa Resort - perfect place for the family and anyone that wants to be taken care of in the true Indian style. Thank you to the whole Team from the W. Family.

The Location is good but it is more than 1 KM to nearest Candolim Beach , Breakfast is just okay , Need more different items with authentic taste of them , The biggest disappointment is the lobbies of all 3 floors, everything is is dark and depressing ( No lights in the corridors ( is this cost savings) does not have feelings of a resort.It is a three story normal hotel only. The spa is bad does not have steam or other facilities, the therepist there are also not good at there work , too expensive yet not satisfactory experience,
