Stay in novotel was very comfortable. Their staff is courteous and prompt. Ranjita and others at square were really helpful. We stayed in their luxury room, rooms were clean, spacious with balcony. Their pool was also clean and well maintained. Hope to come soon. Thank you guys

We went in July 2024. It was pouring like anything in Goa. Hotel is clean and Staff is welcoming. For kids it has separate pool with slides and for adults it has a big pool. Kids pool was clean but adult pool floor was bit slippery. Breakfast was great had many options, Ranjita gave us a small good bye with two pastries. It was a great gesture. Overall great stay, I would recommend to go for casino dinner package as you also get some time to spend when it is raining.

The rooms , were quite old , there was no premium feel in rooms , the rooms were simple enough which you can get in 4k or 5k in other commercial hotels.

Horrible experience. I regret why i booked it . No cleanliness , services are poor, delayed room service, breakfast buffet below average !! I feel like cheated !!
