We wish they had of warned us of the renovations next door. The work was loud and constant. We had a baby who needed to sleep 3 times a day which we found hard with the noise.

I booked a Room with a Sofa bed. On arrival and when entering the Room, it was clear that there was no Sofa bed. I went to reception to advise, and I was given another Room as booked. Unfortunately, the two Sofa beds were so uncomfortable I was unable to sleep, I ended up trying to sleep on the floor. You need New Sofa beds guys!

No Accor discount applied

I was charged the full rate for my stay. For some reason the Accor discount wasn’t applied, even though at check in I discussed what the discounted rate would be. Gave my member number. When I discovered the error on my emailed invoice, I was told to fill out a form and Accor would refund the amount in two weeks. I think that if an error is made, the refund should be returned to the customer immediately, not two weeks later, another burden for me to monitor and check and follow up later. We were also refused a late check out, which I know is subject to availability but I’ve never been refused one before.
