As a family of 5 (2A3C) we love spending time at the Pullman Bunker Bay. The staff are always pleasant, attend to your needs and make our kids welcome. The only minor issue we had was our fridge turning off one night however staff were able to attend and provide us with refreshments and a courtesy board with cheese and wine. Also a lovely little treat for my daughters birthday. Shout out to Pedro, Sussana, Davide and all the rest of the staff on site. Look forward to returning again.

We had an enjoyable stay and the staff were so friendly and kind towards our children. We had booked a 2 bedroom villa so that an immunocompromised family member could have a seperate bathroom however the shower in the the second bathroom had no pressure, this was disappointing as we could only use one bathroom as a result. I called reception and spoke to someone twice and maintenance never came to resolve the issue.

Expected more from a 5 star resort. Checked into a room with a damaged cupboard & sliding security door that did not lock, due to this lack of security we were moved to another room. On entering the new room the same cupboard was damaged, phone not working & bathtub spout cover plate missing. For a secluded destination it had limited medical resources. Resort in need of some attention, minor issues and staff are very accommodating.
