One of the most amazing, peaceful and charming places, the team there deliver so nice services, all of them so supportive and generous. The room are so clean, the food is delicious and their are a lot of varieties. I recommend it to any one look for lovely peaceful mind.

The stay started very well and I was happy with the attitude of the staff however the last hour after the check out ruined the experience in a bit, I was also told that the stay will be added to my All privileges account automatically which is not happened so far, I need that to be done ASAP please

It’s an experience that will shortly be forgotten, every thing was ok, but nothing was impressive to take as a memory from the stay. Pool was very good but the beach is naturally rocky which is not good for swimming. Food variety was good except the deserts that were below expectations. I have seen better animation teams around the red see, the hotel animation team wasn’t as engaging as I have seen before. The kids club is very good and my kids really loved it. One last point regarding the hotel staff; I think they need to give more attention to using smiles more often and to engage with the guests which will definitely increase the over all satisfaction.
