Avoid at any cost. Checkin was slow. The process from going to the room from lobby and back is tiredsome. Not worth it even for half the price they charge.

Despite the Ocean Grand Rooms being fully booked initially, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They offered me an Ocean Room and facilitated an upgrade to an Ocean Grand Room, ensuring I had the experience I was hoping for. The service staff were exceptional, always greeting us with smiles and a willingness to assist. When we mentioned that our sea-view was obstructed by a large tree, they promptly arranged for us to view another room. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. The breakfast selection was sumptuous with a great variety, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. While the room showed some signs of wear and tear, the breathtaking sea view made up for it. One drawback is the steep walk between the villa and the hotel lobby. It becomes particularly challenging on rainy days, making it less convenient for guests. Overall, the excellent service and stunning views made for a memorable stay.

The doors wear not closing and not easy to dear with, the AC was making sounds and the noise from outside were so disturbing..

Amazing stay. Breakfast spread selection was awesome, halal-selection, variety selection of salad fresh and tropical fruits and juice bar. Beach just down the hotel and small shop corner with restaurants, massage, laundry, convenient stores. Hotel room was spacious and super clean. We had so much fun with two large size pools. Staff were nice! If you’re looking somewehere quiet but sufficient necessesity and to relax, this is the place you need to be. Location is 45mins-1hr away from Patong, if you’re on night out please consider the distance by scooter ride/Bolt/Grab/taxi
