A Memorable and Enjoyable Stay by the River

We stayed at this this hotel last year for the first time. We were so impressed we returned for another stay. The hotel wins on many fronts. The position is directly on the river front. Having a good breakfast either indoors or outside on the riverfront listening to the sound of birds while enjoying the view, is only one of the good features of this hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. It is the same walking distance from Icon Siam. It has an excellent outdoor pool and seating areas by the river. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We found the staff delightful, always greeting you with a smile. Our special appreciation to Mr Negi, the operation duty manager, and other members of staff, who went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is not only the hotel or its position, but also the warm service by people like these, that made us remain long time Platinum or Diamond members of Accor.

We've been in the hotel a couple of times but we had some issues this time. There was a problem with one of the rooms. Water leaking and lots of mold in the bathroom, so we asked for changing room. We were told all the rooms were booked, so an extra bed was added to another room. Not a great experience at all.

We had a wonderful staycation with the family. The staff were excellent and helpful. Big shout out to the F&B team who were eager to help with our need and all requirements. After our lunch at the hotel restaurant, we all decided to eat there again for dinner. The outdoor swimming pools are wonderful and to be by the river like that, make the swimming time is even better. We already planning to go back again in a few months for our next families staycation. Only downside is the bathroom and shower is too small when you still need to help your kid during bath time.

Great spot, friendly staff, great river views, great food. Exceptional Staff. Wean Jai, one of the cleaner staff. brought my wife, hot ginger tea without even being asked because she had a cold. I called that excellent Customer service. In fact, all the staff has been exceptional truly has been a wonderful experience and we’ve been here for a couple of months while our house is being constructed. Bravo to Ibis for having such a wonderful place to stay.
