We’ve stayed previously and had a large room close to the pool. This time we were located on the other side of the hotel and upstairs. We requested a cot for the room when we booked but were only told at check in that this would be an additional $15 (if I’d known before hand I would of brought my own). Also the upstairs room was very inconvenient with a baby as there were no lifts so couldn’t bring the pram upstairs with us.

Myself and my two young daughters stayed for the snow time festival and we got a studio king which I was happy to share with them, but they set up the sofa bed for us without asking which was nice. The size of the bathroom was quite big and the window above the bath tub was a nice feature.
