I have called 4 times since I left the property about the mis-charge to my room bill. I. Was told it would be corrected and have no response. I called again and no response via email. It is very simple. Refund me for the mis-charge. Everything else was fine with charges, except the minibar. I still waiting for my response and refund back.

Very disappointing stay hotel was not 5 star as advertised. The whole facade of hotel was dirty and in need of a total refurb. Both swimming pools were dirty.

Location was great, rooms were nice and spacious, facilities were good if a little tired. The gym layout was weird with the sauna entrance there, and the temperature in the gym was too high.
