The location of the resort is 40 min outside of Rayong City itself. This made is a perfect rural experience which is great for a family or anyone who wants to get away from the busy city life. But also not too far away from the city if you wanted to go and explore there. The service staff were amazing. Always friendly and willing to help wherever they could. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities are well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved it. What an amazing place to rest and relax. It was very hard to pack up and leave. Please note that if you don't have a vehicle, it's isolated. Once you are here you spend all your time here. They have everything you need for an amazing holiday if you are looking to unwind. We made use of the pools, the jacuzzi and ocean for swimming. There was badminton and table tennis, with equipment. We also paid for the following activities: private movie viewing, snooker table, indoor spa services, beachside massage. We enjoyed every aspect of it. We preferred the Thai food to the western food. Breakfast was amazing! A lot of salads, vegetables, along with the usuals, such as egg station, hot pancakes, noodle station, coffee machines. The absolute best thing here - the warm smiles and very accommodating staff. Oh, we also used the hotel taxi for a return trip to the Rayong Botantical Gardens where we hired bikes and cycled through the wetlands. The taxi was 500 bht and the bicycles were 50 bht each, so it was overall a very affordable and fun activity. Other than that, we never left the place and didn't want to.

We found 2 concerns. 1. Cleanliness - one pair of slippers seems to be the reuse one and feel sticky when put on. - seems having dust mite on bed. 2. Communication - call the operator for TV technical issue for 3 times. I found out that she followed the technician accordingly, but the technician didn't communicate properly. I have no idea what he fixed and no message to inform us and TV still having the issue.

The room was very nice in general but because it is in an old building the noise of the pipe was very disturbing throughout the night.
