Our annual visit, we love it. Easy access, plenty of parking. disabled and EV are catered for. The location is spectacular the hotel is a joy, the rooms are a delight. The staff try hard. The breakfast is magnificent, you will not need much lunch. The pool area, the bien-etre, is now open throughout the day, a big improvement.

We annually enjoy our visits to Les Sables. We have only ever stayed at the Cote Ouest. A major irritant this year was that I made the mistake to pay for a room on the back, wood view, whereas I wanted a sea facing room. I had paid the cheapest ways and there did not appear to be a facility for cancelling t he one and booking the other without losing my first payment. This requires sorting so that mistakes can be made without penalty within one day, even a few hours. The Paquebot menu has never impressed us and we eat elsewhere. Breakfasts are good and are taken.

This is a wonderful place to stay for many reasons: lovely, well-decorated hotel, welcoming staff everywhere, cozy bar, delicious restaurant with sea view, beautiful indoor pool and a small outside wading pool. It's located outside the city center in a calm area.
