We had a fantastic stay, the beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet, parking was affordable (albeit limited spaces) and the hotel is located well enough for outer suburbs, with lots of food options around. Staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful.

First time experience to stay at the chan hotel for 2 nights. Good location near boxhill centre Food and restaurants and shopping centres. Lots different choices Room is big and clean.fits family ofb4 easily Need some entertainment on TV! Remember to book for car park in advance.

The hotel is located right next to Box Hill station, which has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at the counter and the service are okay but no effort to help you more. The room is ordinary. It is pretty disappointing that the room has no smart TV! You pay for the location.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Türmen, in dem einen Turm gibt es einen Pool im 25. Stock und in dem anderen Turm gibt es eine kleine Dachterasse im 36. Stock mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Skyline von Melbourne. Super Anbindung nach Melbourne, die Bahnstation ist nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Schopping Center mit Supermarkt.
