We didn’t stay at the Sofitel hotel, but instead enjoyed an afternoon tea at 1864. They have an excellent afternoon tea set, as well as wonderful service staff with a special shout out to Wenz, John, Ben and Jules. If you don’t come for the tea, come for the bears; The bears are so cute!

Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, everything about this hotel screams class! Breakfast range was quite large and Kashmiro made us smile each morning as she visited our table. Club lounge was great, with afternoon tea and evening canapés and the service level shown by Irene and Hadi made us feel really special. Close to MRT if you are wanting to venture out and explore, and plenty of restaurants around the area. Will stay again next year.

Great rooms, fun for the kids with the bears. Celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we even got a small cake to celebrate! We really enjoyed the stay, additional things which we loved were - food at the racines was great, pool had a nice view of duxton with lots of green despite being on the rooftop. Next to mrt so it was very easy to get to as well.

Went to Bar 1864 with friends, good drinks, chill vibes with HUGE bear bear at every seats and good service with Benson, Jules and Wengs, Jules served our food and he is pretty friendly and chatty, Wengs and Benson are pretty friendly and helpful too ! Will definately come back !

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and has never been disappointed by the quality of their service, comfort of the room as well as the very convenient location. Lots of F&B choices and access to public transport. In this stay, i want to compliment Alison for her wonderful service from Check-in to Check-out experience. I arrived earlier and the room wasn't ready. She went the extra mile to call me to inform me when the room was ready. Many hotels offer that service but are not very prompt in the calling. During check-out, she remembered my name and greeted me when she saw me walking towards the counter. Given that she had only seen me once during check-in, it was definitely a surprise. I hope that Sofitel will recognise the service standards of such an outstanding staff.
