The room was very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping was really good. One of the housekeepers, Terence, was extremely nice and polite and really helpful as well. He helped tidy up the room, quick and quite well. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with direct access to the MRT; the room and amenities were top notch. Service was exceptional: John Hubert from racines was a standout, providing excellent service with personalized touches, going above and beyond, especially to accommodate my daughter. Wenz Jules from 1864 also gave excellent service even though we came just as he was about to close.

Excellent 15 Day Stay

From the first day of arriving they made us feel at home. The rooms have plenty of space, quite large & very well appointed, separate shower & bath. The concierge staff are so friendly & helpful. Always smiling. Great work to all the team. We were always made to feel special, they remembered our names from day one. Airi is so friendly & helpful, the reception staff also friendly & always smiling. Again great team. Qin who looks after our room is very efficient & thoughtful. Our room is well looked after. April & the reception staff at breakfast very friendly & also helpful. Makes us always feel so welcomed. Kashmiro who looks after the area where we sat was extremely helpful, always remembering us, getting my wife's pot of tea. Giving us places to visit. She certainly made our breakfast enjoyable, loved talking to her. They have a great range / offer at breakfast. They would improve though, whilst they have warmers under the hot food, they do not use them & the hot food is usually lukewarm unless you get it when they add more freshly cooked. This seems to be common for hotels. The hot Asian area lets them down with a lot of rice / noodle / dough products. Every now & then a vegetable curry ,no meat curries. Rarely a meat veg stir fry. Great Asian soup area changing daily. Loved this Cereals, generally 3 sweet cereals & All bran, could do with a granola or bran flake. Great range of sweets, fruit, breads, salmon , meats, condiments, salads etc. etc. You only need ask and the staff are more than willing to obtain for you. Incredible juice also 3 fresh squeezed blended health options. Would we stay here next time, we sure would. We will highly recommend to our Australian friends when travelling to Singapore. An amazing experience to end our three month journey from Italy. We decided to stay in Singapore as we had never visited. Great decision. Till our next visit.

Beautiful Stay! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated right above Tanjong Pagar MRT, being close to shopping & transport. Special shoutout to the club lounge team, Marc & Irene. And Myra, your warm welcome made us feel right at home. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Room is huge and spotless (thank you housekeeping team) My room was on the 14-15 floor and the view is facing chinatown. I must say, your hotel is truly exceptional! From the elegant decor to the impeccable service, every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. It's been a delight staying here. Thank you Sofitel city centre!
