Manager on PM shift very nice, he acknowledged im Accor member and the Porter also very helpful. I cant thank them enough. They gave complimentary drinks in the fridge for Gold member and lots of benefits like room upgrade etc. Despite busy hotel, pools are nice and comfortable to sit around. We had breakfast and whenever busy, they ask guest to go to next door’s Novotel which got better buffet. Bus stop just outside the hotel but train station is about 15 minutes walk (and with the humidity, its quite a challenge) Room clean, modern and comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel. very friendly staff . Especially two names I remember. Mr Sathiya and Ms Janifer. The location is a bit off but otherwise a must recommended hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and welcoming. Daylight is amazing . All in All a good hotel

5/5 Great service and location. I booked a recent stay at Mercure at Stevens and was really impressed. Staff were greet and check in to ensure I received a nice room which was quiet and easy to sleep after two international flights. Special thanks to staff at Privilege Lounge: Ash, Sutha, Glenn and Thana, service with a smile, welcoming and keen to attend to my need. Good coffee, snacks and evening drinks and canapés. Mercure is a great location, they have a shuttle bus but I walked into Orchard Road and back!

The front office team and sales were extremely professional and our group of 37 guests were received well and the team displayed professionalism. Special thank you to Mr. Alfred Lim who was my point of contact for our group and was always available and ready to assists. Special thank you to the Privilege Lounge staff specially to Thava, Ash, and Glenn. Excellent service and attentiveness is bar none! Thank you for the hospitality and professionalism. Another employee I would like to mention is Ms. Cai Ting who’s professionalism, attentiveness and excellent work ethics made my stay memorable. She ensured the highest level of service is provided to all guests alike. Mercure should be extremely lucky to have Ms. Cai Ting on their staff with the type of caliber that she possess. She should be recognized or awarded the employee of the year. Thank you Ms. Cai Ting!

Very good front office especially Mr Gopi. And rooms were very clean from house keeping. Friendly too from Cai Ting and Juliani Juss. They were attentive to what I wanted for my pantry and changed sheets with a smile. Very hardworking. I always stay at the mercure every other month. Quiet and lots of good food too.
