I am writing to explicit my deep disappointment with my current stay at Novotel Sukhumvit 20, a assets that sadly did not live as much as the standards one would expect from an Accor hotel. From the instant we arrived, it have become obtrusive that the personnel have been in dire need of fundamental schooling in each hospitality and carrier. The issues started out with the towels in our room, which had been now not most effective soiled and grimy however also torn. This became simply the beginning of a series of unlucky reviews. The air conditioning in our room changed into non-functional, ensuing in two dreadful, sleepless nights where we have been left sweating and uncomfortable. Comfortable stay and convenience to connect to other place 1 night with Novotel was perfect. Khun Tongta has good management of situations of the room and helpful by recommending activities around. I am a very frequent international business traveller and I do stay at this hotel quite several times/year for many years. It is an extremely well managed hotel, with a lot of attention to detail. The Front Desk is very professional at all times. During my last stay this month, I am grateful to Bruce, the Concierge, in making it possible that we could park our oversized pick-up truck in front of the hotel. I would also say that housekeeping services are spotless. I am looking forward to my next stay at the Sukhumvit20 Novotel !

Excellent Well Located Hotel

I stayed there for about 4 weeks between May and June 2024. The personnel were first class, and I was given very courteous and friendly treatment. I should start by citing the reception desk, Jira (manager) and receptionists Ying and with special mention to Jam (S. Aphichaya), the concierges Bruze, Em, Aong, and Tomus. Altogether with the room housekeeping crews and the laundry service they made my stay a very pleasant one. The breakfast is first class with an almost infinite variety of foods, both ethnic and continental (European/American). The bar lounge on the 25 floor is a very relaxing and excellent way to unwind after a hot (surprise) day fighting the mobs at the temples and the malls. One other thing that I appreciated and of which I took full advantage was the Tuk-Tuk to Sukhumvit road when leaving to ride the BTS or visit the EmQuartier, Emporium, and Emsphere malls. This hotel is ideally located almost equidistant from the BTS/MRT Asok and the Phrom Phong stations. I had stayed at this hotel twice before in 2023 and always received the highest level of service. The hotel is quiet, with good personal safety features, and other amenities. I am looking forward to staying there again next year.
