Breathtaking views, clean amenities and amazing service! Booked a short resort stay, and Sofitel Nusa Dua was the best decision to relax by the water. Behind the scenes; Aristya and Gabriella assisted me to plan a surprise birthday for my partner. We had balloons decorated in our room with a private plunge pool, and a private beach picnic dinner. The planning and coordination from overseas was seamless. Marsi looked after us so well during our private beach dinner. We were absolutely pampered. The quality of service from every staff member at this resort cannot be faulted. We felt so looked after and celebrated such a memorable birthday!

We had a great holiday, loved everything about it. The restaurants are good, breakfast has great choices, the pools are terrific and the rooms are fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful - two in particular went above and beyond their required roles, Yoga on the Concierge desk and Mario who serviced our rooms. Staff like these make staying at the Sofitel a real pleasure. Looking forward to next year!

What a great start to our winter escape. Breakfast buffet followed by lazing on our cabana by the pool. Warm thanks to Arya Arta who looked after us with a big welcoming smile. What more could we ask for, warm weather, great food and great company

There were initially some hiccups at the start but Amy manager helped sort things out so all was good. All hotel staff were kind and friendly. Special mention to Tri, Hera and Club Millisime for excellent customer service. A big thank you to Sri Kweezee for attentive and great service at breakfast buffet too. The pool access room and floating breakfast was the highlight !
