The hotel is located in the center, next to a shopping center, shops, metro, embankment and in a quiet location. Super staff, very clean and quiet rooms. If any problems arise, everything is resolved very quickly. There are no comments.

The hotel is well-located near a big transportation hub, with easy access to different parts of the city and the airport. The room is spacious, has its own kitchen and all the needed utensils, a microwave, and an iron. Cool feature - you can lift the bed back to the wall and get an even bigger room with a sofa, which is a much more comfortable setting to have dinner in your room. Breakfast is served at the Novotel restaurant on the 5th floor. The food is good, though the choice seems quite limited. The coffee is a pretty basic hotel coffee. I think they could opt for some higher standard coffee beans to make it better. Overall, Adagio is a great hotel for a longer term stay with your family. Also great for business travelers like myself, who need to use an iron or a microwave daily. Some of the negative moments: - The hotel is not new, so some of the furniture has its ‘wear and tear’ marks, especially the headboard of the bed. - I had my birthday during my stay and asked hotel staff if it’s their practice to offer any special bonus for this occasion. The staff at the desk said yes, but I didn’t actually receive anything. I think it would’ve made my experience so much more memorable, if the hotel showed some extra care for its guest on their birthday, which they know about from a passport upon check-in.
