the room was really spotless and staff were very helpful and sociable . hotel s lobby was broad and it has many facilities like restaurants. I didn’t book my room with breakfast and I can’t say about that. I think it has a perfect location in Paris we were near to all prime locations.

Blilggest problem is shower place . Second problem is beds , too small . But very comfortable Totally good hotel in this price range, breakfast is good too , About distance to Paris downtown must use taxi , little far from downtown. I suggest this hotel

Room was great (probably bigger than most standard size hotel rooms in Europe) and it had a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel is right above a Metro station for Line 13 and within easy walking distance to the station where you can catch lines 4, 6, and 12. Hotel is also next to an E.Leclerc store and there is also a Lidl store just down the street (money saving tip, get food at stores instead of restaurants). Do get the breakfast, it's worth the cost. You will need energy for all the exploring you will be doing and food the selections are great! Staff is very professional, there was an issue that arose that was not the fault of staff or the hotel on our first night here that resolved itself the next day. Even though I did not hold them responsible, as a sorry for your inconvenience, the hotel offered (and we accepted) complimentary champagne for me and my wife and complimentary juice of their choice for our daughters. This was really above and beyond on their part.

Ok hotel lacking that personal touch

We spent one night at this hotel after spending a few nights in the nearby hotel Sofitel. Both hotels are similar in price (I bring this up so I can compare the two). Our reservations here were very last minute and the hotel did a nice job accommodating us even though there were some challenges with the reservation. The lobby staff were very nice and could speak with us in French and English. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not so nice. This is the first place we have stayed in Paris where the staff seemed to go out of their way to avoid you (no eye contact at all). Every staff member we saw in the hallway looked away and never returned a simple bonjour. This is not the experience we expected from a hotel in this price range. The rooms in the hotel were ok, they seemed old and a bit crusty. Some of the tech features were not working - we had to unplug the tablet to get it to stop making beeping noises evenafter confirming there were no messages, notifications or anything else running. The family compared it to old Vegas hotel, which I think is a fair comparison. It did not have the look and feel of the other Parisian hotels we have used. We really appreciate their initial efforts but overall didn't feel the room or the experience was worth the price.

Despite having a far from ideal experience from pullman I wasn’t going to write this review, but after weeks of back and forth emailing them regarding my recent trip I decided to detail my experience. God forbid any mishap during your stay, they will slap you with their policy bible with no empathy, property wise its extremely small and hectic, especially in their lobby area, they have a lot of guest services congregating and chatting near the escalator instead of welcoming you to the property (at first I thought they were promotional staff for a brand or welcoming a business group but later found out they were staff of the hotel) lobby is rather eclectic and checkin desks are always a mess with no crowd control or queues, rooms are small can not even open 2 suitcases…location wise not the best but not the worst. With this price point, there are a lot of better choices, especially if you are travelling internationally or with the upcoming olympics with uncertainties in your travel plans save yourselves DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL Unfortunately my flight was delayed and subsequently cancelled meaning I would land in paris at least one day later, once my flight was cancelled I did my due diligence to contact my third party booking platform and the hotel of my situation before I even run into the chaos taking care of myself of rebooking my flight. None of that matter cause policies are policies, but I was continuously given conflicting information, hotel insisted that its the travel agent who is not processing the refund stating that “that’s what they always do we didn’t even receive the money yet from them” but our travel agent stated that they are willing to process the refund under such special circumstances as long as the hotel is willing. When asked about a written statement from hotel they changed to a more ‘by the book’ tone refusing a refund. It left a really sour taste with an international hotel not analyzing incidents case by case than to throw their policies at you undermining everything you have to say. I was explaining to the front desk of our unfortunate situation where once we dropped our bags in the hotel after we checked in we had an appointment and came back to the hotel late at night with an early train ride the next day we honestly spend less than 8hrs at the hotel, from a business perspective of cause that didn’t matter to the hotel that’s my own mishap of the flight cancellation, but from empathy level they honestly had none almost to a point why are you telling me this? in the email they even said we are ‘entitled’ to charge you. It might not be a lot of money but from all the travellers who had heard our story they all felt the hotel is very ‘entitled’ and lacked human touch and would avoid this hotel at all cost.
