The hotel is awesome. The rooms are wonderful: they look different from what you usually can see in the standard hotels. Our room was really big, bath tube was in the centre of the room, a lot of windows (with curtains, of course). The design of the room was so nice that we did a lot of pictures and felt suprised.. And we appreciate a complimentary tea corner with a plate of fruits and a nice handwritten card from Mr. Nguyen Dam Dieu Anh. That was so nice and stylish! I like the idea, that, while travelling with me, my teenager son can see what a high level hospitality really means and how small things matter in making our life beautiful and friendly. Thank you a lot. I had some issues with internet connection in the room but it was settled fast. The breakfasts were really good. Fresh juices, two-three types of ice-cream, perfect omelletes, a good variety of dishes... The pool is nice, the lobby bar is cozy. People are smiling, polite, hospitable. My usually shy kid felt complitely relaxed and chatty. Overall it was a wonderful choice for our vacation and Im looking forward to come back in future.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Saigon Centre. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I enjoyed excellent benefits, including access to the Executive Lounge. The variety of food and drinks available was delightful. The service team (Anh, Daniel, Joyce, Linh & Ngan) in the lounge did a fantastic job, providing exceptional service to all guests. Well done, Pullman Saigon Centre team!

Centrally located near shopping, and offered beautiful views of the city. Very busy/popular with international travelers. Doormen, a gaggle of at least three, stood around instead of helping with our heavy luggage. Both the day of entry and the day of leaving, useless. In stark contrast, the ladies at the front desk were helpful, explained Accor's loyalty program, and hotel amenities. Upon check out, my wife left to take care of some things before traveling on, and I sat alone in the hotel lobby. The front desk staff came by several times to ask if I needed any help with hailing a ride or anything. Nice of them. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from and tasty. Shower, bed, all room basics worked well. The room's bathtub is visually interesting and functionally annoying. Makes the room seem much smaller than it is, and gets in the way of everything. Odd choice.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights... Hotel is good from location and interior perspective but the systems are not in place. The restaurant staff at Breakfast was bad and rude. Simple things... they don't have milk powder or Dairy for tea and coffee in the rooms. They served breakfast till 11 am and exactly at 11 am they refused to provide 2 hot choclates for kids saying that they have already switched off the coffee machine but after 10 min was offered hot choclate on payment basis. Though afterwards they apologised and their manager Mr. Phi and Ms Thao were very good and tried best afterwards but at the heart of some systems are faulty.
