Havant the manager on duty was rude aggressive, arrogant, threatening, and horrible nasty and disgusting. Don’t bother staying here as the manager is awful front desk left unattended very often Room not cleaned on one of the days didn’t make bed didn’t clean left bathroom and bedroom dirty. Very expensive for what you get.

Good hotel - great pool

Location is a little out of the way , but hotel is nice , very good pool and mini spa and nice staff. Breakfast is also good - would recommend , parking is also not too expensive (£15) - quite good value for a family of 4 - reception desk is a little strange and not always manned

Thanks also for your positive feedback regarding breakfast, the staff and parking. The open space design of our reception area is not the traditional hotel look, so I can appreciate why it would be different or a little strange to first time visitors. This is why at least one receptionist must physically be in the lobby at all times, which might have not always been the case during your stay. Please be assured that our reception area is manned 24 hours, so I will therefore liaise with the respective parties to ensure that a receptionist is always by the desk especially whilst addressing guests requests that would require them leaving the desk. Miguel the Life Saver

I stayed here as part of a business trip and need to leave a review. Firstly, the food is fantastic and the staff are so polite and friendly, but I need to mention Miguel from maintenance. The USB charger in my room (511) wasnt working and when your tickets are on your phone its important to have it charged. Miguel came up to look at it and wasnt able to get it working. so he loaned me his own wall charger to make sure my phone was fully charged for the next day. He didnt need to do that and, for me, this really showed someone who was willing to go that extra mile for a guest. It was very much appreciated and I hope reception passed my thanks on to you (Miguel) when I handed it back in.

Amazing Reception staff, Sohni and Sam really helped us get through the day. We got to the hotel really early in the morning and they helped us with early check in, got in a good sleep before getting in the center. Would really recommend the hotel, good sized rooms and amazing welcome experience.

Great stay for family with kids. Nice, spacious room , even with opened extra beds for kids. Amazing “feature” wall between bathroom and room. Kids were amazed. Very friendly staff, great smile of Sam from reception and helpful and always ready to assist Shownak and Iman from restaurant made our stay great. Nice swimming pool. Maybe worth it to look into self closing water on showers (we kept forgetting to close taps and water was running…).
