We phoned ahead on a quiet Sunday morning to make sure the Hotel was serving Breakfast / Brunch at 12.00. They said yes, but in the lounge. We arrived at 11.45...the receptionist was cold and looked like she couldn't care less. I had to ask twice about car parking...but I was ignored. The young waiter couldn't have been nicer...and apologised that the chef in the kitchen was having a 'Bad Day'....Brunch for two duly arrived...after 20 minutes !...My partners poached eggs were cold and not cooked through...but she ploughed on and ate what she could...my breakfast was good. There was a terrible tension about the place....and very few smiles. We have eatern here iin the past and its been fine...but this day left us with a bad taste...try harder Burford Bridge... your customers deserve better.

Very successful Year 11 Prom

We held our school Year 11 Prom at Burford Bridge. The communication in organising the event was faultless. The venue itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The choice of food and the food on the night was exactly right. The staff were all efficient, professional and hard working right through to the end when the students had gone and the rooms needed clearing.

Thank you for your very kind words, it was a delight to look after you all. I shall share your lovely review with my colleagues. We look forward to welcoming you all back in the near future.

Garden Room for 60 people looked splendid - a huge thank you to Burford Bridge for all arrangements made for our event on Saturday - the team that looked after us were first class, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone had a great time - even the sun shone for us!

I am delighted to read you all had a great time, my colleagues Mani and Mary shared with me what a lovely afternoon it was. Thank you or leaving a lovely review and allowing us to play a part in your celebrations.

They went above and beyond what we expected. Nothing was to much even when we had to make last minute changes it wasn’t a problem .All the staff was excellent. The wedding organiser Kiki was so friendly and really knew her job. The manager couldnt do enough for us. All the staff on the day was excellent. Would recommend. They know how to look after the gusts. Food was excellent.we also had a child that was unwell on the night. Hotel staff was excellent. Got an ambulance straight away they was assisting while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Thank you so much. Excellent and clean hotel. We great rooms
