From the exceptional reception and customer service provided by Aria, the fantastic proactive service in the restaurant and room service from Haiti, Senni and Ari right through to the great service and friendly faces in the top pool area with Darmawan, David, Suwan, Semara and Trisna. it’s no wonder it’s our favorite place to holiday.

There are a number of things we tried to understand with our stay at the Pullman Legian Beach. Please see the following - On arriving in our room, we booked for two adults and one child (10 years) and received one very large room with one king size bed. On arrival, we rang and asked where the third bed was and the response was “it is peak season and they had ran out of beds”…. So therefore, our 10-year-old son had to sleep in our bed which we felt was very inappropriate when we deliberately booked for three guests. There is one large pool with no sun through out the day that is expected to cater for approximately 350 rooms…. now, in peak season that doesn’t seem to be very fair. However, there is an Adults Only Pool for the use which is fine and we totally understood, however, one would expect that with 350 rooms to cater for in Australian school holidays and peak season, that there would be more than one Pool to share. On a very basic note, the body lotion was placed in the shower which congealed because of the steam. That is the first time I’ve ever seen body lotion in a shower. On a positive note: The service staff were great The location was great

Went for a meetup and stay for a couple of days in Pullman. The room was spacious. The representative of the hotel is ms. Vidya. I am impressed with the professionality of the staff. One thing that I can suggest, Pullman should provide free breakfast package for children under 10 years old.

Nice hotel with garden for kids

Beach across the road. Good rooms and open garden for kids to play in when they get bored of the Kids club. Has even a Doctor and Money changer in house. Good place to stay with family. Nice spa to the left of the hotel. Some shops and eateries to the right alley.
