Man, this is one of the best hotels i’ve ever been to! If not THE BEST! It’s located in nusa dua which is a private space which means this is a very safe hotel. There is a basketball hoop in the massive pool right next to their volleyball net! They have a kids daycare area if parents ever want to go somewhere alone and have great breakfast buffets! It’s got a massive variety, it is impossible to not to like anything there! Staff are exceptionally friendly and it has a massive campus with buggy cars to drive you around and the staff drive you to their private clean beach, amazing! I 100% recommend this hotel! Kid-friendly and hotels are superb! You can also buy villas here in this campus!

It was a great stay at Novotel Nusa Dua; a needed family retreat. So relaxing and enjoying time we spent at this beautiful resort. Landed on an early flight and were just welcomed by Grace who made our first day just amazing. Fenny was also there to assist and make sure our stay is as good as possible. I won’t forget to mention and thank the GM - Bilal who met us at the Lobby and welcomed us at his property. His follow up on every single details is remarkable. The welcome and greeting were so sweet, ready room with all amenities for our wedding anniversary and kids activities. Their double swimming pool was all what we needed during our stay; lovely staff and great food. Surrounded by nice greenery and beautiful trees, music and daily themed dinners. A special shuttle ride to their private beach providing all sorts of entertainment and essentials (towels, bar, massage and water activities. Spacious rooms and showers, fully equipped, clean and comfortable We can’t wait for our next trip to Bali and stay at this lovely place and meet those beautiful people again. Thank you once again for this unforgettable experience and for the amazing hospitality.

The rooms were good-sized, but that was the only good thing we found about the resort. The breakfast variety and quality were nowhere near a 5-star hotel/resort. Very poor service. There was only one omelette station. If any of the food (like sauces, pre-made omelettes, etc.) or cutlery (spoons, forks, glasses, cups) were finished/used, it took a long time for the staff to replenish them The quality of the room, especially the bathrooms, was really bad—not well maintained. There was no body cream in the room, and when asked, we were told that the record didn't have any. There was only one restaurant in the resort, and even that one had very poor quality food and very slow service. For a resort marketed as 5-star, it definitely doesn't stand up to the rating.

Your Hotel and Rooms area Really Nice. Hotel Location is good, and generally hotel is well maintained. Your Room Service and Housekeeping Staff are really good. Two areas that I can suggest for improvement are as follows:- - Restaurant Breakfast has to improve - currently it is very poor - Your Reception Staff has to improve in customer service
