Great location. Cute place. Rooms serviced each morning. Check-in easy. WIFI was not the best. Tv connection with device can be looked at as it was not easy and took forever. Lots of FREE parking. Breakfast was good. Staffing could get a pep talk on how to be a little more friendlier.

Far short of expectations, and quite expensive considering all the things that did not work.

Good Points: The room looked lovely, hotel location was convenient, room service was quick and easy, buffet breakfast was satisfactory. Bad Points: Safe did not work, air-conditioning did not work, I had an item that was stolen from my makeup bag, there was no spare toilet paper roll in the vanity (shock and horror when I was on the loo and run out of toilet paper and tried to get one from the cupboard and there was non), could not place the bath mat in front of the shower screen as the screen door could not be opened out with the mat in front, water gushed out of the shower screen while having a shower, to a point that was quite dangerous, since the mat could not be placed in front of the shower screen, all the spare towels had to used to to wipe the water off the floor to avoid slipping and breaking bones, major OHS issue.

Excellent stay - highly recommended!

As always, excellent service from Darlene and Gabriella! Received a bottle of sparkling wine for wedding anniversary. Beautifully furnished quiet room overlooking autumn colours, and pool area. The Hills Lodge has been an outstanding hotel, for the past 7 years.

Convenient location as we were there for a wedding reception. Nice food, clean room & good service. The room was clean and tidy, and the A/C worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is close to the rooms but a bit small for our large vehicle when full.

Stayed for our Wedding Anniversary in a SUPERIOR ROOM WITH POOL VIEW - we were not offered a room upgrade but did receive a bottle of sparkling wine in addition to the normal welcome pack. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
