Fantastic Staff and Welcoming Reception!

We were greeted by two of the nicest hotel employees the UK has to offer!! Mustafa and Sal were kind and genuine people who offered great advise on our stay as well as accommodated our requests without hesitation. Though it is always fun to stay in the city, with welcoming help at the Gatwick Hotel, I would be content to spend my vacation based there.

Convenient location. No need to cross the road. Just go through a covered tunnel which leads you to the reception area. Great for rainy and cold days. Big bright lobby to sit and relax after checking out. Good design. Kids got welcome drawing kits.

I chose a book and fly deal so that I could leave my car at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were really helpful and helped to diffuse my stress levels. They were polite, engaging and made me feel at ease. In particular, Daniel and Eleni (reception) went out of their way to try to accommodate my needs. The Porter was also really helpful in taking my luggage to my room. The Club rooms are very comfortable, but, unfortunately I arrived too late to use the Club Lounge. Checkout was fast and uneventful. Gatwick Airport is a short walk away from the hotel. The walkway is covered so it doesn’t matter if the weather is inclement. On arrival my car was waiting for me at the South terminal which meant I was able to drive home without any fuss at all.

Car parking has changed to offsite parking won’t be staying again nothing explained you go to a meet and greet company which everybody knows is the worst way to leave your vehicle as you don’t know where it’s parked or who is driving it

Great pre travel help from LAIBA who allocated a high floor and lots of extra goodies. The club lounge was excellent and the newly decorated room felt big and had floor to ceiling windows for a fab view of the airport. We do have a minor issue which I will address with the hotel directly but all in all a good stay .
