it was a family trip, stopping in Singapore for 3 days. thank you Grand Mercure Roxy for always making my stay as comfortable as my own home. Room is very cozy and comfy. Easy access to Shopping Cnetres and Eateries. Transportation is very convenient, MRT Station will be ready in a months time and is right infront of the hotel. Duty Manager Hefeng's hospitality to the guests is a valuable asset to Mercure. Thank you Jennifer for excellent pricing. I will be back again soon.

Outside of CBD but close to Changi Airport

Just an overnight stay as I was visiting friends in the Bayshore area of Singapore, close to Changi Airport. Hotel well located opposite the road from a large shopping centre called Parkway Parade. Also an MRT station being built directly in front of the hotel that is due to open in June 2024. Given location, there were a lot of food options around the hotel. Check in was a bit slow as the hotel was installing a new IT system which slowed transactions. Having said that, the hotel was expecting my arrival and process was quite smooth. My room located on the 5th floor was very large by Singapore standards. Hotel is not new but everything in the room worked well and I especially enjoyed the large shower area in the bathroom. Breakfast, included in my rate, was on the 3rd floor and was quite adequate for me. All in all a pleasant experience and would stay here again should I have need to be on the eastern side of the City.

My wife and I had a great evening on 7 June 2024 enjoying your delicious buffet dinner in your Feast Asia Restaurant. We were well served by your manager, Gabriel who is professional, courteous and friendly. We appreciated his genuinely warm welcome when we arrived in Feast Asia. He made sure that we were well served throughout our meal. One of his assistants Joy was very attentive and cheerful, and she provided us with a finger bowl and extra paper towels when she saw us peeling prawns. She also cleared our used plates discreetly, and when we noticed her presence, she would give us a nice smile. We had a chat with Joy, as we appreciated her good service. We learnt that she is a relatively new trainee from abroad, and that she is keen to learn to improve her service standard. Please thank Gabriel and Joy for making our buffet dinner so special with their attentive, courteous and friendly service which is much appreciated by us. Daniel

Want to use this platform to appreciate Ms Sahinder’s work from the housekeeping (room service ) department for her exceptional “from the heart” service. Always greets guests with a smile on her face and highly professional staff. Kudos to her and her hard work. Had a pleasant stay overall.

We would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks . Location was ideal for us. Walking distance to the seaside , as was food centres and the parkway parade shopping centre. Easy access to buses - underground system now outside hotel with numerous stops including the airport . Hotel itself was well run with friendly, helpful staff . Good selection at breakfast . Didn't get to use the gym but did use the pool and handy laundry facilities. The room was spacious and clean . Our room was done up everyday . Overall , lovely staff , lovely hotel, lovely location .
